TenneT Buys Enexis Ops For 356M EUR

TenneT, a Duch national transmission systems operator, agreed to acquire the regionial high voltage grid and telecommunications activities from Enexis for 356 million EUR. JPMorgan advised TenneT while BNP Paribas advised Enexis.
