Cell phone maker Nokia Corp (NOK1V.HE)(NOK.N) on Thursday sold $1.5 billion of senior debt in twoparts, said a source familiar with the transaction. Bank of America and Barclays were the active joint bookrunning managers and Credit Suisse and JPMorgan were the
passive joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
