Gazprom Neft Offers To Acquire Stake In Sibir Energy

Gazprom Neft, the Russian oil company, has agreed to launch an offer to acquire a 7.8% stake in Sibir Energy, the UK oil & gas producer, for 171 million Euros. Renaissance Capital advised Gazprom Neft, while Strand Partners advised Sibir Energy.
