Harris Williams & Co. acted as the exclusive advisor to Verathon. The transaction was led by Richmond-based Turner Bredrup, James Clark and David Keys and San Francisco-based Todd Morris and Andy Dixon all of whom are from the firm's Healthcare & Life Sciences Group.
